Intro to Hatha Yoga with Tammy Timmerman (RYT 200)

Each Tuesday Night (Starting September 18th)

5:00PM – 6:00PM

FUMC Youth Room (2nd Floor of Community Life Center)

Learn basic poses, breath and meditation. Today, hatha is most often used to describe gentle, basic yoga classes with no flow between poses. Hatha classes are a good place to work on your alignment, learn relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with doing yoga while building strength and flexibility.
